Baseball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View lost to Hanover Area back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell 8-4 to the Hawkeyes.

Mountain View saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Jagger, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Hanover Area, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Mountain View has already played their next contest, an 8-2 win against Blue Ridge on the 20th. As for Hanover Area, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 loss against Wyoming Area on the 21st.
