Softball Game Preview: Lakeshore vs. Pine Raiders

Lakeshore will head out to challenge the Pine Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lakeshore is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

On Wednesday, Lakeshore earned an 11-8 win over Northlake Christian.

Lakeshore got a massive performance out of T Willie 2028, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was J Haddad 2028, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Meanwhile, Pine never let their opponents score on Monday. Everything went their way against Salmen as they made off with a 12-0 victory.

Lakeshore's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pine, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Lakeshore was able to grind out a solid win over Pine when the teams last played back in March of 2025, winning 12-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakeshore since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
