Volleyball Game Preview: Oakland Unity vs. Leadership

After both having extra time off, Oakland Unity and Leadership will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Oakland Unity came up short against KIPP King last Monday, falling 3-0. Oakland Unity hasn't had much luck with KIPP King recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Leadership's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell just short of KIPP King by a score of 3-2.

Leadership took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-22, 23-25, 23-25, 25-18, 15-6.

Oakland Unity now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Leadership, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-2.
