Softball Recap: Sage Creek Bobcats vs. Mt. Carmel Sundevils
With a playoff win on the line, Sage Creek rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Mt. Carmel Sundevils a 4-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Not much got past Kassidy King, who gave up just three hits and racked up 11 Ks to keep Mt. Carmel off the board. King has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Sage Creek let Torii Ramirez and Kaimana Coleman run wild. Ramirez went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run, while Coleman went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Sage Creek's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-10-1.
