Volleyball Recap: Caden Rushing and Jack Mcclanahan Secure Win for Parkway South

Parkway South won the last time they faced Parkway West and things went their way on Friday too. The Patriots blew past the Longhorns 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Leading Parkway South to victory were Jack McClanahan and Caden Rushing. McClanahan had 16 digs and one assist, while Rushing had 32 assists. Rushing is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 13 or more in each of the last ten games he's played. Abir Mathema also deserves some recognition as he had his first kill of the season.

Despite the loss, Parkway West still got an impressive performance from Jackson Lanfersieck, who had 16 digs.

Parkway South's record now sits at 20-12. As for Parkway West, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

As of now, neither Parkway South nor the Longhorns have any future games scheduled.
