Watauga won the last time they faced South Caldwell and things went their way on Monday too. The Pioneers put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win. Considering Watauga have won five matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Asher Hampton and Evan Mawhinney scored all three of Watauga's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

The victory (which was Watauga's third in a row) raised their record to 7-3-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for South Caldwell, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-4.
