Basketball Recap: Forestview Jaguars vs. South Point Red Raiders

Forestview lost against South Point back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Forestview Jaguars fell just short of the South Point Red Raiders by a score of 69-66.

Forestview's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alex Helton, who went 8 for 16 on his way to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Quinton Rybczyk, who went 5 of 8 en route to 16 points and eight assists.

Jaishawn Woods was his usual excellent self, going 13 for 24 on his way to 32 points and six rebounds for South Point. That makes it three consecutive games in which Woods has scored at least a third of South Point's points.
