Softball Recap: Patrick Henry Victorious

Patrick Henry won against West Hills on Friday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Patriots walked away with a 6-3 win over the Coastal Academy Stingrays. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Stingrays, too.

Emily Caddy was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Sivan Benami, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Patrick Henry has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Patrick Henry will be taking part in a tournament against Otay Ranch at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Coastal Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-2 loss against San Pasqual on the 28th.
