Volleyball Recap: Concord Christian's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Concord Christian waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against King's Academy as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Concord Christian walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23, 25-23.

Concord Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Manhattan Shuler led the charge by getting 16 assists and seven digs. That's the most assists Shuler has posted over her last nine contests.

Concord Christian's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for King's Academy, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12.

As of now, neither Concord Christian nor King's Academy have any future games scheduled.
