Bonny Eagle and Windham are an even 5-5 against one another since June of 2015, but likely not for long. The Scots will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Bonny Eagle is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Westbrook. The Scots never let the Blue Blazes get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Scots' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Not much got past Caleb Racicot, who gave up just two hits and racked up 12 Ks to keep Westbrook off the board.

At the plate, Bonny Eagle saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brody Donahue, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Meanwhile, Windham unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Biddeford on Friday, falling 10-0.

Bonny Eagle skirted past Windham 3-2 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Will the Scots repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
