Soccer Recap: Ponaganset Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The matchup between Ponaganset and Portsmouth on Saturday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Chieftains fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 5-4. Ponaganset haven't had much luck with Portsmouth recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meghan St. Pierre and Marron Nearney scored all four of Ponaganset's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

Ponaganset's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-1. As for Portsmouth, their victory bumped their record up to 4-8.
