Volleyball Recap: Dunlap's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Dunlap waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Canton Little Giants. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Dunlap's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caroline Holmes, who had 18 assists and eight digs. Another player making a difference was Tessa Arnott, who had ten kills, seven digs, and one block.

Dunlap's victory bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Canton, they dropped their record down to 2-23 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road.

Dunlap didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Washington on the 16th. As for Canton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Pekin on the 16th.
