Volleyball Recap: Aubrey Orban's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Longview over North Forney

Longview lost against North Forney back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lobos fell 3-1 to the Falcons.

The final score came out to 25-18, 23-25, 25-15, 25-17.

Several Lobos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aubrey Orban, who had 11 assists and eight digs.

Longview's defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 22-13. As for North Forney, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-11 record this season.

Longview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Tyler Legacy on the 17th. As for North Forney, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Forney on the 21st.
