Softball Recap: River View Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

River View extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping them up to 3-0. Everything went their way against Asotin as they made off with a 19-4 win. Fans of River View have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Courtney Morris was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Bree Stacy, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

River View always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .645. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .607 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

As for Asotin, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. The loss continues a trend for them in their meetings with River View: they've now lost three in a row.

On Asotin's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payten Appleford, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs.

River View will have a chance to go back-to-back against Asotin: the pair will be back at it again later today.
