Volleyball Recap: Adeline Braegger and Kendal Kellar Secure Win for Campo Verde

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Campo Verde walked away with it. They blew past the Desert Edge Scorpions 3-0 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Coyotes as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Campo Verde walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-7, 25-17.

Campo Verde was led to victory by Kendal Kellar and Adeline Braegger. Kellar had 17 digs and two aces, while Braegger had 20 assists. Those 20 assists gave Braegger a new career-high.

Campo Verde's win bumped their record up to 17-19. As for Desert Edge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-14.

Campo Verde wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Horizon on the 6th. Desert Edge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
