Triopia/Virginia had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Camp Point Central Panthers by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on three straight.
Mylee Tracy paced Triopia/Virginia's offense, picking up seven kills. Tracy got some help from Ella Beard and her nine assists. Payten Petefish controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Triopia/Virginia's victory bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Camp Point Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-29.
Triopia/Virginia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Barry Western on the 29th. Camp Point Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
