Faith Christian Academy is a perfect 6-0 against Crossroads Christian Academy since December of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. Faith Christian Academy will be strutting in after a victory while Crossroads Christian Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

Faith Christian Academy took a loss when they played away from home last Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 41-39 win over Victory Christian Academy. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Faith Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kylar Simpson, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 16 boards. Another player making a difference was Alex Maloy, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 68-37, which was the final score in Crossroads Christian Academy's tilt against Open Bible Christian last Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Crusaders in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

The victory got Faith Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Crossroads Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Faith Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Crossroads Christian Academy when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 35-30 win. Do the Angels have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Crusaders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
