Basketball Recap: North Webster Gets the Win

North Webster won the last time they faced Magnolia School of Excellence and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights rang in the new year with a 65-53 victory over Magnolia School of Excellence.

North Webster's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Magnolia School of Excellence, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

North Webster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-54 victory against Doyline on the 8th. As for Magnolia School of Excellence, they will venture away from home to face off against Union Parish at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give Magnolia School of Excellence their first taste of in-conference action this season.
