Volleyball Recap: Homewood-Flossmoor Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Homewood-Flossmoor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Beecher Bobcats on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Homewood-Flossmoor easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13.

Makayla Cooper paced Homewood-Flossmoor's offense, picking up seven kills. Cooper got some help from Naimah Calhoun and her 18 assists. Angelena Alborn controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
