Baseball Recap: Bolivar Comes Up Short

Bolivar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Logan-Rogersville Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that the Liberators have lost by exactly two runs.

Bolivar's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Logan-Rogersville, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-4.

Bolivar has already played their next match (against Carl Junction), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Logan-Rogersville, they are taking a road trip to square off against Marshfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
