Football Recap: Highland Baptist Christian Takes a Loss

Highland Baptist Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 25-19 heartbreaker at the hands of the Berchmans Academy Saints. The Bears were not able to make up for their defeat to the Saints from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Highland Baptist Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Berchmans Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Highland Baptist Christian is headed away from home for the first time to take on Basile at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Berchmans Academy, they will welcome Beau Chene at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
