Recap: York Falcons vs. Kirby Prep Griffins
The York Falcons were the 58-44 winner over the Kirby Prep Griffins when they last played one another back in February of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. York fell to Kirby Prep 54-50. York has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Kirby Prep to victory were Chris Lively and Rain Li. Lively scored 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Li scored 30 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Li has scored all season. Henry Annon was another key contributor, scoring two points along with six rebounds and four steals.
York's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Kirby Prep, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.
York will be playing at home against Kirby Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kirby Prep, they will head out on the road to square off against York at 7:00 p.m.
