Basketball Recap: St. Stephen's Academy Comes Up Short

St. Stephen's Academy suffered their biggest loss since February 13, 2024 on Monday. They had to suffer through a 65-35 loss at the hands of Mannahouse Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, St. Stephen's Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 196th, while Mannahouse Christian Academy is ranked 13th).

St. Stephen's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Mannahouse Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

While St. Stephen's Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
