Bloomfield hasn't lost a match since September 8th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Red Jacket a 9-0 shutout. Bloomfield might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by five goals or more this season.

Bloomfield pushed their record up to 10-1-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those seven contests. As for Red Jacket, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11-1.
