After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grant Community, Mundelein was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured an 18-14 W over the Niles West Wolves.

The victory got Mundelein back to even at 1-1. As for Niles West, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mundelein will square off against Zion-Benton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Mustangs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Niles West, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Prospect at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
