Colonial Forge pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Stafford, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Colonial Forge took their victory against Stafford in their previous meeting on April 2nd by a conclusive 8-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
