Soccer Recap: Romeoville Comes Up Short

Romeoville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Plainfield North Tigers. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Romeoville it sure didn't stay that way.

Romeoville's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Plainfield North, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Romeoville will challenge rival Joliet Central at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Plainfield North is set to take on their familiar foe Plainfield East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
