Basketball Recap: Lagrange Skates Past Whitewater with Ease

LaGrange's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 54-17 victory over the Whitewater Wildcats. The Grangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

LaGrange's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 4-10. As for Whitewater, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Trinity Christian the next time they take the court. LaGrange will head out to face Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Whitewater will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
