Volleyball Recap: Goodman-Pembine Comes Up Short

Goodman-Pembine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Brillion Lions. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Lions from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13.

Goodman-Pembine's offense was headlined by Autumn Gentz and Ellie Garrow, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Lauryn Dwight and her four assists.

Goodman-Pembine's defeat dropped their record down to 1-28. As for Brillion, they pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Goodman-Pembine didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Southern Door on the 11th. As for Brillion, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Roncalli on the 11th.
