Soccer Recap: Kecoughtan Takes a Loss

If Kecoughtan was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Arcadia last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Kecoughtan Warriors came up short against the Grafton Clippers on Thursday, falling 7-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Clippers: they've now lost six in a row.

Kecoughtan now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Grafton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kecoughtan will square off against Warwick at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grafton will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Nansemond River at 6:00 p.m. on April 1st.
