Softball Recap: Big Spring Comes Up Short

Big Spring managed to slip by Alpine the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Big Spring Steers lost 12-2 to the Alpine Bucks on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Steers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Big Spring's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Alpine, their record is now 4-12.

Coming up, Big Spring will head out to take on Colorado at 12:00 p.m. on March 15th. As for Alpine, they will welcome Odessa at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
