Basketball Recap: Prairie Valley Takes a Loss

Prairie Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 64-56 to the Gold-Burg Bears. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 50-39 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Prairie Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Gold-Burg, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Prairie Valley will take on Bellevue at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Prairie Valley is facing Bellevue at the right time seeing as Bellevue is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Gold-Burg, they will square off against Midway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
