Softball Recap: Grand Prairie Comes Up Short

Grand Prairie fell victim to Martin and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Martin Warriors, falling 16-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Gophers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost eight in a row.

Grand Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Martin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7-1.

Coincidentally, Grand Prairie and Martin will both be playing Haltom the next time they take the field. Grand Prairie will head out to face Haltom at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Martin will host them at 6:00 p.m. on March 14th.
