Basketball Recap: Pace Takes a Loss

Pace lost against Rivera back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings fell 55-51 to the Raiders.

Logan Hinojosa had a dynamite game For Rivera., shooting 75% from the field en route to 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Montoya, who posted six points in addition to eight assists and seven boards.

Pace's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Rivera, they pushed their record up to 6-8 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Pace and Rivera will both be playing Lopez the next time they take the court. The Raiders will head out to face the Lobos at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th, while the Vikings will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 19th.
