Monroeville extended their home winning streak to 11 games thanks to a huge performance from Addison Homan. The Eagles won by a set and slipped past the St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks 3-2 with plenty of help from Homan, who had 35 digs and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 14 or more in each of the last 26 games she's played dating back to last season.

Monroeville took St. Joseph Central Catholic into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 25-23, 19-25, 22-25, 25-17, 15-9.

Monroeville's victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for St. Joseph Central Catholic, with the defeat, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 20-4.

Looking ahead, Monroeville will take on Mohawk at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Joseph Central Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
