Basketball Recap: Mexico Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Mexico Bulldogs were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 58-52 to the Hazelwood Central Hawks.

Mexico's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Hazelwood Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Mexico will challenge Macon at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hazelwood Central, they will take on St. Louis University at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
