Evanston scored first but ultimately less than St. Patrick in their contest on Friday. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shamrocks. The Wildkits' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Evanston's defeat dropped their record down to 15-17. As for St. Patrick, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-15.

Coming up, Evanston will square off against Von Steuben at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wildkits surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Patrick, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-3 victory against Chicago Washington on the 24th.
