Volleyball Recap: Haldane Comes Up Short

Haldane was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Tuckahoe Tigers, falling 3-0. The Blue Devils were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in September of 2023.

While Haldane ultimately came up short, they really made Tuckahoe work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 26-24.

Haldane's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Tuckahoe, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Haldane will face off against Keio Academy of N.Y. at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Tuckahoe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
