Volleyball Recap: Bellefonte Takes a Loss

Bellefonte was the 2-0 winner over Huntingdon when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell 3-1 to the Bearcats on Tuesday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Bellefonte started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-14, 25-17, 25-18.

Keira Clarkson paced Bellefonte's offense, picking up nine kills. Clarkson got some help from Aubrey Schreppel and her 22 assists. Sloan Moore controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bellefonte's defeat dropped their record down to 12-14-2. As for Huntingdon, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14-1.

As of now, neither Bellefonte nor the Bearcats have any future games scheduled.
