After flying high against Mitchell last Tuesday, The Classical Academy came back down to earth. The Classical Academy Titans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks on Saturday. The Titans have struggled against the Red-Tailed Hawks recently, as their game on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
The final score came out to 25-14, 21-25, 25-23, 25-20.
Among those leading the charge was Brynn Ressler, who had five digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.
The Classical Academy's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5. As for Cheyenne Mountain, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
