The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of three yellow cards before it was all over: the Pumas' Daniel Carrier and Bobby Spence and the Thunder's Brady Kindig were all carded.
Micah Thengvall was the only thing that stood between Peak to Peak and a shutout considering he scored both of Peak to Peak's goals, bringing his season total up to 11 goals.
Stargate School's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3-1. Peak to Peak's draw gives them a new season record of 6-2-2.
