Baseball Recap: Huron Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Huron's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Pioneer Pioneers on Wednesday. The River Rats just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Huron's record now sits at 8-17-1. As for Pioneer, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Huron will head out to square off against Trenton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The River Rats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season. As for Pioneer, they will square off against Canton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
