After a string of three wins, Andover's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of the Andover Central Jaguars by a score of 6-5. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 5-3.

Andover's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-6. As for Andover Central, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1.
