Korba Made His Presence Known in Peru's 35-28 Win

Starting off the list is Peru's Isaiah Korba, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Korba rushed for 210 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Peru's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-5. Korba and Peru will head out on the road to take on Maconaquah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Brock Shank's big game helped extend Northwestern's winning streak to three on Friday. Shank was dynamite, throwing for 378 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 15.8 yards per attempt. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Shank might have his next game, a road matchup with Benton Central, circled on his calendar. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Shank saw the Bison), he threw for 299 yards and three touchdowns.

Noah Baldwin Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Robinson showed up in a big way, throwing for 339 yards and three touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. He's now once again averaging 300+ passing yards (301.6) per game. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last seven games he's played dating back to last season.

Maconaquah's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0-1. Robinson and Maconaquah will play host again on Friday to welcome Peru, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.
