Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Warden). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars a 26-0 shutout on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now won nine in a row.

Warden's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Tri-Cities Prep, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
