Volleyball Recap: Pleasant View Takes a Loss

The Pleasant View Panthers came up short against the Hutchison Sting on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-10, 25-6.

Hutchison got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sallie Kate Hall out in front who had ten aces and seven digs. Those seven digs gave Hall a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Morgan Perry, who had ten kills, four digs, four aces, and one block.

Pleasant View's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hutchison, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Pleasant View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hutchison, they will be playing at home against St. Benedict at Auburndale at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
