Soccer Recap: Reagan Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Reagan was not quite Mater Academy Charter's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. Reagan were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Mater Academy Charter apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Reagan's goal came courtesy of Diego Gudino, which was the first he's scored this season.

Reagan now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mater Academy Charter, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Reagan didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Braddock on the 17th. As for Mater Academy Charter, they have also already played their next match, a 4-3 loss against Sports Leadership & Management on the 13th.
