Volleyball Recap: Pea Ridge's Win Ends Eight-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Pea Ridge had lost eight matches on the road, but after bumping their record up to 8-13 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Gravette Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory. The game was the first time the Blackhawks have beaten the Lions on their court since September 1, 2022.

As for Gravette, they now have a losing record of 10-11. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since August 25th.

Despite the loss, Gravette still got an impressive performance from Kennedy Flynt, who had 11 digs and two aces. Flynt has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last six times she's played.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pea Ridge will take on rival Prairie Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Gravette is set to square off against their familiar foe Green Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
