Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highland). They really took it to the Belen Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up an 84-56 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 58-34 win two weeks ago.

Highland's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-13. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for Belen, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15.

Looking ahead, Highland will head out on the road to square off against St. Pius X at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Pius X will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Highland surely won't give up without a fight. Belen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
