Boulder City extended their postseason success on Thursday against Valley. They put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp  3-0 win. The  victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won three in a row.
 Boulder City didn't let Valley take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-22,  25-22.
 Chandler Shamo paced Boulder City's offense, picking up 11 kills. Shamo got some help from  Easton Welbourne and his 17 assists.  Gibson Lamoreaux and  Preston Van Beveren kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.
Boulder City pushed their record up to 30-8 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. As for Valley,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 21-11 record.
 Coming up, Boulder City will challenge Virgin Valley at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
